What about a vacation to Tennessee? Here are some things you have to see.
1. One place you have to go is Dollywoods Splash Country. It is an amusement park with white water rafting and water slides and even a wave pool. It is located in Pigeon Forge Tennessee.
2. You cant miss the Mud Island Park. It is located right along the Mississippi in Memphis, TN. It has a beautiful view of the river, which you can go kayaking on or canoeing. There is also an amphitheatre, and you can schedual parties at there banquet halls.
3. Chattanooga's Aquarium is a must see attraction. It is the highest rated aquarium in the US. It holds an IMAX 3D Theatre which seats 1000 people. It has rare fish and indangered species of fish. There are hotels right next to the aquarium also. You can also take a cruise down the Mississippi on the Tennessee aquarium cruise.
4. You have to get down there for the Christmas In The Country shopping of a lifetime. There are parks and rides all over mixed in with the side shops and the well known older stores of Tennessee. This takes place in the old town of Livingston. It takes place on December 9.
5. You have to visit Great Smokey Mountains National Park, which ahs a view like no other. In the fall, you can look over the edge to see beutiful trees covered with yellow autumn leaves. It is unbelievable the expirience you have. The animals are very diverse there. You see a lot of different plants also.
6. You can't be in Tennessee and not go to the Memphis Rock 'n Soul Museum. This museum is to celebrate the many years of rock music and how it has come to be the way it is now. 7. Lastly, take a ski down a snowy mountain at Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort and Amusment Park. The 120 passanger tramway, takes you up the mountain to an indoor ice skating rink, a nocturnal house, and 3 water slides(Why water slides in winter?). And after you done with all your fun, you can ski down to the bottem to get a nice hot cup of cocoa.\
